Processed Meats – You may not think that canned and dry foods can actually contain too much sugar, but they do. The Abundance of Milk – Avoid drinking lots of milk, as this will increase your sugar intake, but you will also be consuming fat, which can be dangerous. Instead, opt for unsweetened yogurt or almond or other milk alternatives.
